BLUETERM ANDROID APPLICATION

VT-100 terminal emulator is a program for communicating with any serial device using a Bluetooth serial adapter. The RFCOMM/SPP protocol emulates serial communications over Bluetooth.

You need a Bluetooth serial adapter.
